Terms & Conditions mag888 – Terms of Use for the Malaysia Betting Platform

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with mag888.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of cash (in Malaysian Ringgit, RM) available in a member's account at any given time.

• "Bet" refers to any monetary wager placed by a member on sports matches, casino games, e-sports, or virtual sports via the mag888 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" (Wagering Requirement) refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• "Services" refers to all products and services offered by mag888 to its members.

To register and use mag888's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a legally authorised individual permitted to engage in betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any betting platform.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.
• Not declared bankrupt or currently subject to any bankruptcy proceedings.

Mag888 is not liable if an ineligible individual successfully registers using false information. Full responsibility lies with that individual, and appropriate legal action may be taken.

Every account registration at mag888 is subject to the following conditions:

• One account per individual: Each person is only permitted to hold one mag888 account. Having two or more accounts — whether in your own name or someone else's — is a serious violation.

• Identity verification: mag888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date. mag888 reserves the right to verify your information at any time and to take appropriate action if it is found to be false or incomplete.

All financial transactions on mag888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Below are the supported payment methods and applicable limits:

Withdrawals will be processed to same payment method as the one used for the deposit. mag888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. First-time withdrawals may require identity verification before being processed.

Mag888 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonuses at mag888:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members in accordance with each promotion's terms.
• The wagering requirement for most bonuses ranges between 5x to 30x bonus value, depending on the promotion type.

• All wagers using bonus balance are deducted in the following order: bonus funds first, then cash balance.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash.

All bets placed on the mag888 platform are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been placed, except in cases of technical error verified by mag888.
• Mag888 reserves the right to cancel or void betting results where there is evidence of fraud, match manipulation, or significant pricing errors.
• Winnings will be credited to the member's account once the official result of the match or game has been announced and confirmed.
• For Sports Betting, the result applied is the official outcome announced by the relevant sporting authority at the end of regular time (90 minutes for football, unless otherwise stated).
• In-play betting for matches such as EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2, and CS2 is subject to real-time availability, and mag888 reserves the right to suspend markets during a match for technical reasons or match uncertainty.
• Mag888 does not accept bets from individuals or groups using automation, bots, or third-party software to exploit odds discrepancies.

In the event of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, mag888's decision is final upon completion of an internal review. Members who remain unsatisfied may submit a written complaint to our support team within 7 days of the decision date.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mag888. Violation of any of these may result in account closure without prior notice:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own identity or another person's.
• Using a credit card, bank account, or e-wallet that does not belong to you to conduct transactions on mag888.
• Placing bets as part of a syndicate or colluding with others to exploit the bonus system or odds.
• Using publicly available information or concluded events to place bets on markets that remain open due to delayed updates (late betting or arbing).
• Transferring account balances to another member or receiving transfers from another member.
• Using any software, algorithm, or automated tool to access or interact with the mag888 platform.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about mag888 on any public platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of mag888's technical infrastructure.

Mag888 reserves the right to close or suspend any member account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms contained in this document.
• Suspicious activity indicating possible fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary closure request by the member themselves.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mag888 customer support team via live chat or email. Following account closure, any valid cash balance (after deducting ineligible bonuses) will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Mag888 takes the privacy of its members very seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is protected and handled in accordance with our full Privacy Policy.

• Betting decisions made by members based on inaccurate third-party information.
• Financial losses resulting from excessive wagering by members who did not make use of the self-control features provided.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Mag888's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit made within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Mag888 believes that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all our members.

Responsible gambling features available to all mag888 members:
